Now-a-days Cab service is very much useful in our day to day life and somehow they manage to fulfill our expectation.
When they fail to keep our expectation, we feel disappointed and angry, today I was waiting for a Uber cab more than 45 minutes & called the
driver several times to know when he would reached the pick up location but
the cab driver was so unprofessional that he didn't even inform me that
his car tyre had bursted and he could not come. When i called him then
he inform me about the situation. I had a very bad experience today with
Uber.
